We have an immediate position to fill in our office in Romanshorn (Switzerland) and are seeking an independent and proactive individual who can start employment ASAP, preferably by August / September 2024
Your role:
As a customer- and service-oriented professional, you will be the primary contact for our clients' technical inquiries.
- Technical consulting for various target groups such as metalworkers, planners and architects
- Conducting customer seminars and training sessions
- Developing customized, client-specific solutions in a team
- Assisting in the creation of technical documentation, approvals, and test reports
- Travel activities including site inspections and client visits together with the field sales team (approx. 10%)
- Participation in trade fairs and events

Your profile:
Prior technical background as a consultant or developer / designer (minimum of 5 years).
- Passion for technology and problem solving
- Completed education in metal construction (e.g., as a metalworker / metal construction / designer)
- Technical further education is an advantage
- High level of independence and flexibility
- Confident appearance and strong communication skills
- Fluent in written and verbal communication in both German and English
- Proficient in common MS Office programs. CAD, MAP, and/or Logikal knowledge is an advantage
